Infinitas Bracelet in Sterling Silver

My partner got me this bracelet for our anniversary and I absolutely fell in love with it! Such a beautiful and elegant design and was visibly good quality. I thought the tightening mechanism was fantastic because of how easy it was to put the bracelet on by myself. However, the design in terms of tightening is incredibly poor. Throughout the day I would notice that it would become so loose that I was surprised it hadn’t fallen off my wrist yet! It would come loose without it catching on anything, just through movement over the course of the day. I was waiting for the day that it came off by itself and unfortunately one night I went to take it off and it had fallen off, never to be found again! Absolutely devastated by losing such a sentimental piece.

I loved this bracelet, when I ordered it for my adult daughter - it was the perfect message. However, the clasp is poorly designed and the bracelet comes loose all the time. My daughter visited a Michael Hill store to ask if they could change the clasp to a more secure one, but they said they couldn't help. She did get a refund, but is very disappointed.
