Broke after second time wearing it!
Love the look of this piece however the quality of the necklace is very poor the pendant part just broke off after my second time wearing it! Its even harder trying to arrange a replacement especially when you purchase online. The branches are very unhelpful and keep brushing me off with all kinds of excuses as to not having any in stock or having to return to the store when their manager is in at the Botany branch?? The CS rep on the phone was more helpful she advised me that shouldnt be the case as a manager does not need to be there when arrnaging a replacement or to see if it can be fixed etc she also advised me to reserve it online with a store then go in and get it replaced but im still waiting for a confirmation email or txt to say its ready for collection and its past the time and date I selected to pick up, an acknowledgment or update of my request wouldve been appreciated but nothing at all received. So annoying!!
